Glue Injection
Liquid glue is injected by special syringe into the 250 µm hole from
behind of the hybrid always maintaining the chip in the same fringe as
the network.
Thanks to capillarity forces the glue come all around the border of
the chip ; then, the glue is crosslinked by Ultra Violet exposure.
